Spring 2019 Schedule of Classes
Our Mixed-age Class are specifically for infants, toddlers and preschoolers! The hallmark of the Music Together® program, this class gives children from birth to age 5 the environment they need to grow and develop while interacting both socially and musically with other children of varying ages. As children spend most of their time listening and observing, it’s the perfect way to introduce them to the joys of making music. Parents with Infants receive “our special “Babies Guide for Parents in Mixed-age Classes” with your music and other parent education materials.
Child development researchers have found that grouping together children of varying ages fosters natural, family-style learning. Children – even babies! – are inspired and stimulated through interaction with peers of different ages: younger children watch and imitate older ones, older children lead younger ones, and adults are happy because their children are in class together. Your child will engage at their own level, vocalizing, moving, listening, observing, and exploring musical instruments. And any or all of your child’s caregivers – parents, grandparents, nannies – can come share in the experience, both in class and at home. The whole family is welcome!
Invite SingSteps to your child's party!
SingSteps can bring our show to you! Wes and Laine will bring instruments and various other props for a sing-along party for your child. We do birthdays and other celebrations for children ages birth to five.

In-School Programs (pre-schools)
Music Together is the leading music curriculum for early-learning settings serving children ages birth through seven, offered at thousands of locations around the world. A comprehensive, research-based program, Music Together is designed to be easily integrated into any school environment, such as childcare settings, preschools, and public, independent, and faith-based schools. The Music Together curriculum is designed to benefit everyone it touches—children, families, teachers, and the entire school community.
Family involvement is an integral component of Music Together. Each child brings home materials, which include professionally recorded CDs and illustrated songbooks, which encourage family music-making at home, support engagement in the classroom, and encourage positive parent-child interactions and family bonding through music. And, in addition to these benefits, bringing the music home is simply great fun for everyone!
Schools adopting the full Music Together curriculum receive access to a variety of materials and services to aid in their implementation of the program, including:
CDs and songbooks for children and teachers
SongCards for the children and teachers to use in the classroom

A specialist DVD and training guide
